RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

 

  • We want to make it easy for you.
  • All return requests must submitted within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn, unwashed, and clean like you recieved it. (No personal or animal hair, cologne and etc on garment. 
  • If size is the concern we will ship out the correct size for the adjustment after your return has been received back at our facility.
  • If a product in your order is out of stock, we will email you for a replacement item or issue a credit to be used at any time.
  • You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If you request an exchange, we will waive the Standard Shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.
  • Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.
  • Please contact us at Info@proudfathrapparel.com to get started with returns and exchanges. If no email was submited and a return is done before speaking to our representives - NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. 
  • Plese contact us before hand as we need name, order number and additional information. 
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Disclaimer: If you are returning an item on your own over $40, utilizing USPS Priority mail service is required. This way, there is tracking and insurance built in.
