Where are you located? 
We are located in New York.
Help! I can't check out!


Not being able to check out is usually due to the most common thing, and that is you've entered your shipping address incorrectly. The system will not let you check out if the address is deemed "undeliverable". 


I didn't get a confirmation or tracking number!


All confirmations are sent via email after purchase. Everything is automated so as long as your order went through, you got one. However, confirmations and tracking numbers get sent to the email you entered at the time of checkout. So if you accidentally hit a wrong letter or number in your email address, well that's where it went. It could also be in your spam folder. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on file once production of the apparel(s) is done and ready for mailing. 

How long before my order ships?


We ship out all orders every day, if we have them in stock, from Monday through Friday up until 3 pm Eastern Standard time. We also ship Saturday but there is no specified cut off time for Saturdays. We do no ship Sunday. Typically items will arrive in 5-8 business days. 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?


You have 24 hours, If you have changed your mind regarding your online order and wish to cancel it, please E-Mail us through our Contact Page and we will be able to help you with the cancellation process. Or you can always email us at info@proudfatherapparel.com


NOTE >   **We cannot make changes to an order once it has been shipped!**

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders are usually shipped from our New York locations. We also have a fulfilment center in North Carolina.
